I just sent out a question to all of your kickstarter inboxes asking for you to provide the name you want featured on the website and in the social media thank-you post! Please get back to me before November 10th so I can finish up the webpage and get it open to the public!
If I don't hear back from you before then I'll be using the name featured with your pledge (the name you have on your kickstarter account). So if you want that to be used there's no need to reply! Please note that any and all names posted must be appropriate - any political, offensive, or otherwise deemed inappropriate names will be swapped out for your default kickstarter name.
Also! There are still roughly 10 of you that need to fill out your backer surveys! Please do so as soon as possible! I can't send you your reward if I don't know what you want!

WOW!!! We've managed to rack up more than $1000 through the backerkit store alone. And because of that you've all managed to unlock the 10th and final stretch goal of this campaign!
The Hyena Butter product line will now be expanded to add soaps!
Like the lotion bars, the soaps will contain kokum butter and honey, but I'll be swapping the coconut milk for goats' milk (both as a cost-saving measure and because goat's milk plays much nicer in saponified soap than coconut milk does!). These soap bars will be 100% coconut oil and palm oil free, keeping to my non-comedogenic promise (replaced with nourishing babassu and sunflower oils) and ensuring the ingredients I source are environmentally friendly.
They'll be available in my webstore after I take time to test out recipes and make sure I have a good product. I would expect they'll be available later in next year, maybe around July or August depending on how things go. A perk of these soaps is that I'll be able to offer them year round, as opposed to the butters which will only be offered during the colder months due to their heat sensitivity.
I also have a very cute art print to accompany this stretch goal! The colors aren't final yet and it still needs shading, but here's a sneak peek!
As a thank you for helping me get this far, I'll be including a 4x6 print of the finished piece in all my backer's shipped rewards. That includes if you backed at a non-shippable reward tier and purchased an add-on after the campaign!

Whoops!!! Looks like there was a little bit of a mix up and the new backer-created scents were missing as options on both the surveys and the Large bar add-ons!
I'm pretty sure I've fixed it, so if you were wanting to claim Cozy Nooks or Maple Orchard as your reward scent, or buy one as a LARGE bar, you should be able to now! Thank you to the backer that raised the issue to me and sorry for that!
In lighter news, I've received the novelty butter molds and taken some final measurements. The 2oz butters will come out to roughly a half stick of butter in size, so I did some editing to the gift packaging. Here's what the final boxes should look like:
I've ordered a proof copy to test the fit and make sure everything looks good. When that arrives I'll show you some pictures of the real life thing!
The one side not pictured in this mockup will be where the scent-specific labels will go. I'm hoping to get to sketching out the initial designs for those in the next week or two. Once I've gotten through okaying them with their respective backers I'll post some teasers on here!
